Data controller
LF Immobiliare S.r.l., Italian tax code (C.F.) 13182160963, registered office at Via Corradino D’Ascanio 4, 20142 Milan (MI), Italy, is the data controller. For any request concerning your personal data you can write to info@lfimmobiliare.com.
What data we process
Property valuation data. If you request a valuation and an offer, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), municipality, address and features of the property (surface area, rooms, floor, bathrooms, state of repair), together with the estimate shown on screen. While you fill in the form the data stays only on your device, in the browser’s temporary memory, and reaches the Controller only when you press the send button.
Contact form data. First name, last name, email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message.
Address geocoding. To identify the reference area for the estimate, the property address entered in the valuation tool is sent, without name, email or other identifying data, to the Nominatim geocoding service by OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom), which returns only the geographic coordinates.
Browsing data. During normal operation, the Site’s systems record certain technical data (IP address, date and time of access, pages visited) needed to provide the service, ensure its security and prevent abuse. For cookies, see the Cookie policy.
Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Process the requested estimate, contact you back and formulate the purchase offer | Pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) |
| Reply to messages sent through the contact form | Pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) |
| Ensure the security of the Site and prevent abusive use | Legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Comply with legal obligations | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) |
Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary to act on your request: without it we will not be able to contact you back. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making producing legal effects on you: the valuation estimate is an indicative calculation based on the OMI property values published by the Italian Revenue Agency and on the data you enter.
Processing methods and security
Data is processed by electronic means by authorised personnel, on servers located in the European Union, with appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access control, protection against automated submissions. Each request generates an email to the Controller’s mailbox and a backup copy in the Site’s management panel, accessible only to administrators.
Retention periods
We keep the data for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from collection. This limit does not apply if in the meantime a negotiation begins or a contract is concluded, or where retention is required by law.
Who the data may be disclosed to
- authorised personnel and collaborators of the Controller;
- technical suppliers acting as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR: the hosting infrastructure provider, with servers in the European Union, and the email delivery service provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France);
- the competent authorities, where required by law.
Data is not disseminated, sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
The only transfer to a third country concerns address geocoding (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom). The United Kingdom is covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 28 June 2021, renewed on 19 December 2025 with validity until 27 December 2031, which recognises that the country provides a level of personal data protection adequate to that of the European Union. No other data is transferred outside the European Union.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR you can obtain at any time:
- access to your data and a copy of it;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure, in the cases provided for by law;
- restriction of processing;
- portability of the data you have provided;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise your rights, write to info@lfimmobiliare.com. If you believe the processing infringes the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
Minors
The Site and its services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 18.
