Similar technologies
The property valuation tool saves the progress of the form in the browser’s temporary memory (sessionStorage), which stays exclusively on your device. This data is deleted when the tab is closed and is not transmitted to the Controller until you send the request.
External services
The Site does not embed third-party services that install cookies: no traffic analysis system, no social plugin, no embedded map. The fonts are hosted on our own servers. The geocoding service used by the valuation tool (Nominatim by OpenStreetMap Foundation) receives only the property address entered and does not install any cookie.
How to manage your preferences
Since the Site does not use cookies that require consent, no preferences panel is needed: you can simply close the informational notice that appears on the first visit. You can at any time block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge: Privacy section).
